However, we have limited resources for responding to requests and question so please review all the information on the website carefully before sending us an email.
Disclaimer: ISF operates solely within the United States. We do not reply to requests for help from outside the United State. We are not allowed to send any funds outside the U.S. ISF is a volunteer based organization and we do not have resources to help you find a university or tell you how to get a visa.
