Dr. Ali Jarrahi Merit Scholarship
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates interested in Dr. Ali Jarrahi Merit Scholarship must:
- Be of Iranian descent
- Be enrolled or accepted one of the top universities in the United States
- Possess and maintain a GPA of 4.0 or higher
- Have a portfolio of community service
- Have a minimum SAT score of 2000 or ACT score of 30
How to Apply
A completed application that must be received by the May 31 deadline includes:
Completed application form
A 750-1000 words essay detailing your dreams and aspirations for your studies and career
Transcripts from all of your high school and – if applicable – your undergraduate programs as well, and
Two letters of recommendation
- one letter from a teacher or professor
- one letter from an organization where you have performed community service
