Scholarship Renewal

To renew your scholarship for another year, you need send us these documents

  • Official Transcript submitted directly from your school
  • Your parent’s tax return forms for the last tax period
  • Community Service Letter: a signed letter from the organization where you volunteered noting that you have performed 100 of community service in the past year

Please send us these document by August 31st of each year to this address:
