To renew your scholarship for another year, you need to send us the following documents:

• This is an important step so please make sure you complete it. An Official Transcript submitted directly from your school.
• Your parent’s tax return forms from the last tax period
• Note: The Renewal Form also includes a Volunteer Hours Log which should be completed with the days, times and organizations where you have volunteered. Please be sure to complete this as well, and use it going forward as a way to track and report your hours for future renewals.
• The deadline for each application submittable is August 31st, so please send us all the collected documents prior to the deadline to the following address.
