Undergraduate Scholarship
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates interested in ISF Undergraduate Scholarship must meet the following criteria:
- Undergraduates only
- Be of Iranian descent
- Be enrolled or accepted at a four-year accredited university in the United States
- Demonstrate financial need- this scholarship is a need based scholarship.
- Possess and maintain a GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Have participated in community service and continue to do so
- Proof of legal immigration status in the United States ( F1 Visa*, Permanent Resident, US Citizen)
* F1 Visa holder must have an approved visa and already have resided in the United States before applying for the Scholarship
How to Apply
- Submit the complete application form
- Submit complete tax return of your parents for the previous year. All forms 1040, W2, 1099, section a,b,c,d, etc
- Submit the completed essays outlined in the application
- Transcripts from your high school and – if applicable – your undergraduate program as well
- Two letters of recommendation
- one letter from a teacher or professor
- one letter from an organization where you have volunteered or worked
